What is Keipeki
Keipeki (pronounced kee-peck-kee) is a boutique publishing company deeply rooted in the art and power of storytelling. We believe stories are essential connectors; they transport us to lives and experiences beyond our own, and they build community by linking us to those with similar journeys. Stories give us community, even in the quiet act of reading, forge powerful bonds of connectivity. We love that for us and for you!
While we prepare for the launch of our curated digital offering later this year, we wanted to open our platform now to showcase a wider range of talented writers. Here on our site, we feature short stories and essays, providing you with compelling work to enjoy while we build towards our larger collection. It's our way of sharing more incredible voices and narratives with you right away.
As this is our inaugural year, we've chosen to begin by highlighting stories written by women; “ladies first”. This focus allows us to celebrate these diverse voices as we launch. Don’t worry gentlemen, we will soon open up our platform to you as well. In the near future We plan to open submissions to writers regardless of who you are, where you come from, or how you identify, , so everyone will have an opportunity to share their work. There are great stores out there, waiting to be read.
